Anleitung
- Preheat the oven to 200.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into small triangles
- Cut the apple into thin slices less than 2 mm wide
- Place the apple slices at the base of the triangles and place them on a tray lined with baking paper.
- Make the syrup: use a little hot water with sweetener and cinnamon.
- Brush the triangles with the syrup.
- Close the triangles: bring the peak of the triangle to the base, pressing a little.
- Beat the egg and paint the little tarts.
- Put the tray in the oven for 10–12 minutes at 200, until golden brown.
- Serve.
